Cigstar Greek Temple 230W TC Box Mod Review

Let me start by saying that I cannot really find anything about this company online. Their website only shows carto pens and tanks but no box mods at all. This doesn’t mean this device isn’t an option you should just consider this when looking for another high wattage device. The build quality and consistency of power makes the Cigstar Greek Temple Box Mod a viable option for any vaper.

Cigstar Greek Temple 230W TC Box Mod ReviewCigstar Greek Temple Initial Thoughts and Impressions

Upon receiving the package, I immediately loved the simple packaging and presentation. The box is simplistic and stylish while providing exactly what you would expect. A frosted sleeve slides off a hinged box. The mod has a baggy inside and an envelope with the owners manual and warranty card inside. There is an USB cable in a small box for the 2 amp charging capability.

One of the first things you will notice is the mod itself is not black or white. It is gunmetal with the color change being the sticker that is adhered to the outside of the mod. Once powered, the screen is a brilliant OLED. It shows your battery life and your vape settings in a clear easy to read way. There is a light bar around the top and sides that are adjustable to your color preference. The fire button is a clicky responsive switch. The back and sides of the device have either a black carbon fiber decal or a white snake skin-esche applique. The dual 18650 batteries are behind a sliding hinged door and are very easy to change. I have not had any issues with the door coming loose or batteries falling out from regular use.

There are three buttons total on this mod. It is 5 clicks on and off, and 3 clicks to enter the menu. You can change the LED color and adjust settings for temperature control and TCR. The led ring will light up only when the fire button is pressed, or you can shut it off completely.

But how does the Greek Temple vape?

This is another mod that is catered to ease the user experience. Simple on/off and dual battery indicators let you know exactly where your battery life is at. The ohm reading is quite accurate too. The Greek Temple will accept any build down to a 0.1 ohm and fires consistently. The battery life is excellent. I have gone almost 1 day on a set of Sony VTC5A batteries ( and I vape a lot! )

Cigstar Greek Temple Final Thoughts

This mod is a fantastic first offering by Cigstar. Simplicity and function are at the forefront with this offering from Cigstar. The ease of use and rock-solid design make this a winner for those looking for an amazing vape experience. The mod will easily accept a 30mm atomizer without overhang so your options are endless for the type of atty you decide to use.

Cigstar may be a new player in the vaping game with this Greek Temple mod, but it shines at doing exactly what it promises to do. Provide a clean, elegant, yet fun device that allows you to customize the device just enough to make it your own. One of my favorite things to do is change the LED to match my drip tip for a customized look. A device just seems to vape better when the colors match! I am very impressed with this device and look forward to what Cigstar has in the future.
