OFRF Gear RTA Review
In October we started to hear rumblings on social media of a new vape brand coming to market with glimpses of RTAs and new and improved Mesh. And on the 1st of November 2018, the OFRF Brand was launched to the world, boasting a team of vape industry R&D experts and supported by world-class manufacturing. As part of this global launch, the team over at OFRF kindly sent out the Brand New OFRF Gear RTA free of charge for the purpose of this review.
The concept behind the OFRF Gear RTA is that simplicity is everything, single coil deck for fast building.

Heat Resistant Drip Tip
Allowing you to experiment and enhance your flavor experience. The Gear RTA comes equipped with a 510 black frosted PC wide bore drip tip and a regular 510 PCM drip tip. No more hot lips. This unusually shaped drip tip, from a design point of view, really sets off the look of the Gear RTA, and as well as been stylish, is super comfortable to use and it sits perfectly on the lips with its curved edges.
Easy Wicking, No Loose Ends
Wicking your coil has never been easier with the tidy wick placement system, which is basically two cut out section, either side of the build, which allow for easy tucking of the cotton, down into the juice well. As with other RTAs, less is more as far as cotton goes. You want to keep your cotton as loose and fluffy as possible, try and keep its volume, when you poke it down into the holes, without packing it in too tightly. I find it’s worth leaving a tweezer tip hole either side of the cotton to allow for the free movement of juice whilst vaping.

Easy Single Coil Build Deck
The Gear RTA build a deck is packed with features to delight everyone including a scratch resistant build deck and easy all direction coil placement
The Gear RTA (Rebuildable Tank Atomizer) is a beautiful compact design rebuildable tank atomizer ideal for people on the move. Featuring a scratch resistant post-less build deck and designed for single coil builds, the build deck has four top-mounted flat head screw terminals which can accommodate either clockwise or anti-clockwise performance coils. Each flathead screw features an over-sized notch and is designed for quick and simple installation.
The Gear RTA has a unique ultra-short air passage design, domed chamber, and adjustable duel bottom air flow slots. The combination of these unique features delivers a vape experience rich in vapor density with amazing flavour that surpasses its rivals.
To enhance the vaping and design experience, the Gear RTA comes with two glass tank options a 2.3ml E-Liquid capacity standard glass tube and a 3.5ml capacity smoked polycarbonate tank section.
Refilling is also easy with two fill ports accessible through a threaded top cap. To complete the package the Gear RTA comes with two heat-resistant drip tips, a 510 smoked black PC wide bore drip tip and a regular 510 Black Delrin drip tip.

Conclusion
This compact designed RTA, can’t help but look good on top of any mod. Especially with the over-sized frosted 3.5ml tank, considering the fact that it is such a short RTA, there is no spit back, and it delivers a warm, super smooth vape, with the huge amount a flavour. Combined with super simple build deck, makes OFRF Gear RTA an RTA that is not to be missed.
