Some vapers may not have been around back when mesh was used as a wicking material. It was not the best choice but certainly held true with a niche crowd. When everyone thought that mesh was long past retirement, some companies started reinventing its purpose. This has brought forth many mesh based coil RDA’s. Recently, Digiflavor, creator of the Siren RTA, came out with the Digiflavor Mesh Pro RDA.
The mesh pro is a well thought out, versatile dripping atomizer that fits the bill for both mesh coils and standard coil configurations. Hang on while we take a look at this beautiful masterpiece and all it has to offer.

It’s easy to see that the Digiflavor Mesh Pro has it all. Squonk lovers will find a bottom-feeding 510 pin to suit their configuration while other users will see a benefit in the ability to utilize both mesh coil materials along with standard coil installations. The design of the Mesh Pro is very attractive, offering many color options. For those who are unsure about the mesh coil abilities, the Mesh Pro comes with many options for mesh material. Included in the box is Stainless Steel, Nichrome 80 and Kanthal. There is more than enough to become familiar with this type of coil material and how it works.
Digiflavor has done a very good job with the aesthetic features. On the side of the barrel, there is a nicely engraved M-Pro Logo, etched deep and clean. Opening up the Mesh Pro reveals it’s stunning build deck. The posts on the build deck are 24K gold plated for maximum conductivity and the clamping system makes both mesh and standard coils a breeze to install.
Over-drippers can rest easy with the Digiflavor Mesh Pro as it allows for a great deal of juice to sit inside the very deep well. Users can achieve a maximum of 2ml of liquid sitting directly inside the juice well.
With the mesh coil configuration, setting up the Mesh Pro RDA is fairly simple. Users only need to clamp down one side of the deck, make a nice thick wick and place it in between the posts and slip the other side of the mesh material into the opposite post while making sure that the mesh material makes full contact with the cotton wicking material. Failure to ensure full coverage will result in the mesh material having “blank” spots which will result in a nasty dry burn.
Airflow will not be an issue with his RDA because of the Dual Side Airflow on both sides of the cap, the Mesh Pro is very airy. There are 8 air holes on each side of the RDA, with an adjustable top cap, the airflow can be dialled into to suit the vapers preference. Cloud Chasers and Flavor Chasers will love everything that the Mesh Pro has to offer.
Stated above, the Digiflavor Mesh Pro has it all. Some have found that the performance with standard coils is much better than Mesh, due to the mesh having a low tolerance for heat. Often users have reported that the Mesh can go aflame due to how hot it gets while others have seemed to figure out the mesh system perfectly. Either way, the Mesh Pro is a winner.
